These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Leo Toys mobile application (the "Service") operated by Toys Square Joint Partnership, a business registered in Oman under Commercial Registration Number 1590606 ("we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

When you make a purchase through the Leo Toys app, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your credit/debit card details, billing address, and shipping information.

You represent and warrant that:

Referrals

Leo Toys may offer referral rewards in the form of wallet cashback when you refer new users who complete a purchase. If the referred customer cancels or returns the order, we reserve the right to reverse any cashback provided.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our product listings. Products may be incorrectly priced, inaccurately described, or temporarily unavailable. We reserve the right to change or update information and correct any errors without prior notice.

Promotions

Any promotions run through the Service are governed by separate rules. If you participate, please review the specific rules and our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the promotion’s rules will override these Terms.

Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.

الشروط والأحكام

تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") استخدامك لتطبيق Leo Toys للهواتف المحمولة ("الخدمة") الذي تديره شركة Toys Square Joint Partnership، وهي شركة مسجلة في سلطنة عمان تحت الرقم التجاري 1590606 ("نحن"، "لنا"، أو "خاصتنا").

يرجى قراءة هذه الشروط بعناية قبل استخدامك للخدمة. إن وصولك إلى الخدمة أو استخدامك لها مشروط بموافقتك على هذه الشروط والامتثال لها. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، فلا يجوز لك استخدام الخدمة.

المشتريات

عند إجراء عملية شراء من خلال تطبيق Leo Toys، قد يُطلب منك تقديم معلومات معينة مثل تفاصيل بطاقة الائتمان/الخصم، وعنوان الفوترة، ومعلومات الشحن.

أنت تقر وتضمن بما يلي:

أن لديك الحق القانوني في استخدام أي وسيلة دفع يتم تقديمها فيما يتعلق بأي عملية شراء.
أن المعلومات التي تقدمها دقيقة وحديثة وكاملة.

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في أي وقت لأسباب تشمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: توفر المنتج، أو أخطاء في التسعير أو الوصف، أو الاشتباه في احتيال أو معاملة غير مصرح بها.

الإحالات

قد تقدم Leo Toys مكافآت إحالة على شكل رصيد نقدي في المحفظة عند إحالة مستخدمين جدد يقومون بإجراء عملية شراء. في حال قام المستخدم المُحال بإلغاء الطلب أو إرجاعه، نحتفظ بالحق في عكس الرصيد الممنوح.

التوافر والأخطاء وعدم الدقة

نقوم بتحديث قائمة المنتجات بشكل مستمر. قد تكون هناك أخطاء في الأسعار أو الأوصاف، أو قد تكون بعض المنتجات غير متوفرة مؤقتًا. نحتفظ بالحق في تصحيح أي خطأ أو تحديث المعلومات دون إشعار مسبق.

العروض الترويجية

تخضع أي عروض ترويجية يتم تقديمها من خلال الخدمة لقواعد منفصلة. إذا شاركت في أي عرض، يرجى مراجعة القواعد الخاصة به بالإضافة إلى سياسة الخصوصية. في حال وجود تعارض، تسود قواعد العرض الترويجي.

الحسابات

عند إنشاء حساب، يجب عليك تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور الخاصة بك وجميع الأنشطة التي تتم تحت حسابك.

توافق على عدم استخدام اسم مستخدم ينتهك حقوق الآخرين أو يكون مسيئًا. يجب عليك إعلامنا فورًا في حال اشتباهك بأي استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك.

حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات والعلامات التجارية والوظائف في تطبيق Leo Toys هي ملك لشركة Toys Square Joint Partnership أو المرخصين لها. لا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي منا.

قد يحتوي تطبيقنا على روابط لمواقع إلكترونية تابعة لأطراف ثالثة. نحن غير مسؤولين عن محتوى أو سياسات أو ممارسات أي من هذه المواقع.

إنهاء الحساب

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك دون إشعار في حال خرقك لهذه الشروط.

القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عمان، وأي نزاع يخضع للاختصاص القضائي للمحاكم العمانية.

يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرار استخدامك للخدمة بعد التعديلات يعتبر موافقة ضمنية على الشروط الجديدة.
